Business Strategy and Outlook

| Brian Han |

While EVT's asset diversity has long been considered a strength, the crowd-mingling and discretionary nature of all its operations means they are particularly susceptible to coronavirus-induced restrictions on travel and social distancing. However, if the current malaise turns into a survival of the fittest in the leisure industry, EVT is likely to be one of the last standing. It has ample liquidity to survive the current uncertainty and emerge from the pandemic a stronger company. Management is also adroit at controlling costs and extracting operating efficiencies.
