Analyst Note

| Brian Han |

Shares in Event Hospitality and Entertainment have been relatively resilient, down "just" 9% since the group reported its fiscal 2022 interim results on Feb. 21, 2022. The performance compares favourably with the average 19% decline in leisure-centric peer share prices over the same period, as well as the S&P/ASX 200 Consumer Discretionary Index which has also fallen 19%. Indeed, Event is the only stock under our travel and leisure coverage still trading at a premium (albeit slight, at 2%) to our unchanged fair value estimate (AUD 13 per share).
