On July 13, 2022, Vanguard announced that Antonio Picca had resigned and was subsequently removed as the named manager on several of its actively managed quantitative equity funds. John Ameriks will replace Picca as the named manager on these funds, effective immediately, including Vanguard Global Minimum Volatility Fund VMNVX, which has a Morningstar Analyst Rating of Silver. This change should not impact performance, and we’re maintaining our Above Average People Pillar rating and Vanguard Global Minimum Volatility Fund’s Silver rating.
