Principal Diversified Real Asset recently announced tweaks to its team and approach. Effective the second quarter of 2022 , it will decrease its Treasury Inflation-Protected Securities allocation to 15% from 35%, while increasing its exposure to real asset equities like infrastructure (to 30% from 20%) and real estate (to 25% from 10%) stocks. Additionally, Kelly Grossman and Marc Dummer will step down from the roster and move onto newly created roles within the organization, while May Tong moves into a leadership role on the team. Longtime managers Jessica Bush and Ben Rotenberg remain, and the team has brought on two new analysts over the past year, leaving it well equipped.
