An Upcoming Manager Retirement at Fidelity Balanced Does Not Change Its Ratings

Analyst Note

|

On July 20, 2022, Fidelity announced that Christopher Lee will succeed longtime manager Robert Stansky on Fidelity Balanced and Fidelity Advisor Balanced at year-end. While replacing Stansky’s experience is a challenge, the strategy’s distinct sleeved approach limits the damage. Both strategies retain Morningstar Analyst Ratings of Neutral across all share classes, and their underlying People Pillar ratings remain Average.
