Chris Yao, a manager of BNY Mellon Structured Midcap DPSRX and BNY Mellon Equity Income Fund DQIRX, has left BNY Mellon and is no longer a manager on either fund. Syed A. Zamil, who had also been a listed manager of both funds, remains with the firm but has taken on different responsibilities over the years and now will be working for a different BNY Mellon affiliate than the one subadvising these strategies. Thus, he also is no longer a listed manager on either one. Remaining at the helm of both funds is Peter Goslin, and Adam Logan remains alongside him on BNY Mellon Structured Midcap.
