On Feb. 17, 2022, Dodge & Cox said it would launch a second share class--called X shares--or almost all of its U.S.-domiciled mutual funds. The new class is consistent with Dodge & Cox’s efforts to keep its funds competitively priced, so the Morningstar Analyst Ratings for its rated funds are unchanged.
