Roland Czerniawski

Roland Czerniawski is an analyst on Morningstar’s markets research team. He analyzes and interprets a variety of macroeconomic and financial markets data and translates research into intuitive, concise data visualizations and charts. He co-authors a weekly column about the U.S. and global economies and provides research for various Morningstar publications, including Morningstar Markets Observer and Morningstar magazine.

Before assuming his current role in 2013, Czerniawski was a hedge fund data analyst. He joined Morningstar in 2012.

Czerniawski holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from DePaul University, where he graduated cum laude. He is a Level II candidate in the Chartered Financial Analyst® Program.
