European Markets Trade Little Changed

European markets were little changed Friday.

The FTSE edged up 0.1%. The CAC 40 Paris and the German DAX both edged up 0.1% each, respectively.

Data earlier showed Germany's wholesale price index fell less-than-expected to -0.2% from -1.0% in October.

Producer price inflation in Switzerland also fell less-than-expected last month to a seasonally adjusted -0.1% from -0.4% in the preceding month.

Stocks on the Move

RSA Insurance plummeted 17% in London after group CEO Simon Lee submitted his resignation.

French carmaker Peugeot SA reversed almost 11% in Paris after it warned of more write-downs and hints again it may need another capital raise. GM is also to scale back its plans with Peugeot.

Duetsche Bank was up 0.7%.
