Merrill Lynch Asset Management has not wasted time giving James McCall something to do.

Since snagging the popular portfolio manager from PBHG in November, Merrill has rolled out four funds for him to run. The asset-management arm of Merrill Lynch (MER) introduced its latest McCall-led offerings this week: two large-company growth funds that will be sold through Mercury Asset Management, which Merrill has owned since 1997.
