European markets were trading flat Tuesday with investors focused on a batch of data due later in the day from the U.S.
The FTSE and the CAC 40 Paris traded unchanged. The German DAX edged up 0.1%.
Stocks on the Move
Britvic PLC surged 4.8% in London after the soft-drink maker reported results.
Miners were weak with Glencore Xstrata and Kazakhmys both down 1.2% each.
Shares of Remy Cointreau SA, the maker of Remy Martin Cognac, dropped 7.7% after the company said it sees a "substantial" drop in annual profit due to the slowdown in China that would hurt demand for its premium cognac in the second half of the year.
Deutsche Bank edged up 0.4% in Frankfurt.
